An afternoon drive turned fatal last Thursday when a 19-year-old was gunned down in what Albuquerque police are describing as a cold-blooded road rage attack. Roman Valenciano was driving his Nissan Sentra down San Mateo Boulevard around 1:45 p.m. on March 26.
He had just finished a shift at work and was heading out to pick up his mother when he crossed paths with 31-year-old Cecilio Lopez.
