ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s a big win for an Albuquerque neighborhood that was working to keep another gas station from being built in their community. “We already have two gas stations at the single intersection and a third less than a block away, which is more than satisfies the demand for fuel and convenience items. A third station is redundant and represents a missed opportunity for the neighborhood and the city,” said Michael Long, Netherwood Park Neighborhood Association.
