Building Stronger Soldiers: NM National Guard Expands Holistic Health Training

RIO RANCHO, N.M. – Soldiers and Airmen of the New Mexico National Guard conducted a Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Integrator Development Workshop March 23-37 at the Rio Rancho Readiness Center here.

“The workshop brought together Soldiers and Airmen committed to enhancing readiness through the Holistic Health and Fitness system,” said Lt. Col. Jose Cruz, who was the Officer in Charge of the workshop.

Cruz is assigned to Joint Forces Headquarters – New Mexico in Santa Fe.

Throughout the week, participants developed critical skills in coaching, performance, programming, and human performance optimization gaining the tools necessary to better support all their units across all domains of readiness.
