NEXSTAR, Tenn. (WKRN) – Comedian and singer-songwriter Ray Stevens is recovering after breaking his neck last during a fall last month, a representative for Stevens confirmed.

Stevens, known for songs including “Everything Is Beautiful” and “The Streak,” suffered the injury on March 29, his rep said. The 87-year-old was subsequently hospitalized “in the Nashville area” but was recovering at home as of Tuesday.
