SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — A body with signs of trauma was discovered wrapped in a sleeping bag on Wednesday morning along a busy east Tijuana intersection.
Police say the body was found after a call came in alerting them to a suspicious package that looked like it contained a cadaver.
