RIO RANCHO — A woman was arrested for trafficking several drugs.
Frances Chavez, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested April 8 for trafficking drugs, DUI and three counts of possession of a controlled substance near the intersection of Tarpon Avenue and 5th Street.
