BERNALILLO — A Bernalillo High School teen was arrested for allegedly distributing a disposable THC vape to younger students.
Gabriel Marquez, 18, of Santa Fe, was arrested May 12 for distributing synthetic cannabinoids within a drug-free school zone and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to a criminal complaint, a juvenile student was caught with a THC vape at school and said that a senior at the school gave them the vape.
