Leesburg (VA), by way of Kentucky, three-star wide receiver Cam Wade wasn’t someone that had a long recruitment with Virginia Tech. After relocating to the state a few weeks ago and enrolling at Loudon Sports Academy, the Hokies entered the mix.
After an official visit to Blacksburg this weekend, the 5-foot 11-inch wide receiver gave his commitment to James Franklin and Fontel Mines, bringing a new skillset and a different body type to the class.
