ALEXANDRIA, VA—Sixteen income-restricted apartments are planned at Margot, a new residential community at 425 Montgomery Street in Old Town North, according to the City of Alexandria’s Office of Housing.
The apartments will range from junior one-bedroom units to two-bedroom homes and will be offered through the City’s Affordable Rental Set-Aside Program. Eligibility will be limited to households earning up to 60% of the area median income.
