LINCOLNIA, Va. (7News) — A pedestrian has died after being struck on Interstate 395 southbound in Alexandria Monday night, according to Virginia State Police (VSP).
The crash happened around 8:29 p.m. on I-395 southbound north of Duke Street. A Virginia State Police trooper found the pedestrian on the left shoulder of the interstate.
