Woman arrives at Southern Avenue Metro station with graze wound after Southwest DC shooting, police say

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police said an investigation is underway after a Tuesday night shooting left a woman injured in D.C.

The investigation began shortly before 7:30 p.m., when officers went to the 40th block of Galveston Place SW for a shooting.

There, officers found evidence of a shooting, but no victims, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
