A man convicted in a 2021 domestic violence incident involving a missing D.C. woman has been jailed near Pittsburgh on a warrant from Montgomery County, Maryland, WTOP has confirmed.
Pennsylvania State Police told WTOP that Russell Ashford, 65, is being held in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, while he awaits extradition for a probation violation.
