Starbucks is permanently closing its Pike & Rose and White Oak Town Center locations as the company prepares to close hundreds of underperforming stores across North America.
Starbucks announced Thursday that it will close approximately 250 underperforming locations across North America, according to Business Insider. Two Montgomery County stores are among the locations expected to close.
Readers contacted The MoCoShow on Thursday to report that the Starbucks at 11802 Grand Park Ave. in Pike & Rose would be closing permanently. Signage posted at the store, however, states that the coffeehouse is only “temporarily closed” and that Starbucks is working to reopen it “as soon as possible.”…
