ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) — An exit ramp on Interstate 395 closed for more than two hours early Monday morning after three juveniles were killed in a crash during a police chase along the Alexandria-Arlington line.
The deadly collision happened at Exit 6, near Shirlington Road and Quaker Lane.
