ALEXANDRIA, Va. (7News) — A ramp from northbound Interstate 395 to Shirlington in Alexandria has reopened after an early Monday morning crash.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) said around 1:32 a.m. that the ramp from northbound I-395 to Shirlington, Exit 6, was blocked because of a crash.
The Alexandria Police Department said at 1:34 a.m. that Virginia State Police (VSP) were investigating the traffic incident and that the Quaker Street exit into Shirlington was closed.
