WALDORF, Md. — Some Waldorf residents may remember Clothes Mentor from its earlier days on Berry Road. Now, the women’s resale store is returning to the same location, just as people begin sorting their closets for fall.
Clothes Mentor, a national resale franchise specializing in gently used women’s clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories, first opened in Waldorf in 2019 at 11487 Berry Road, near Wawa. After the former store closed, the franchise is returning to the same location. The Waldorf store began buying items Oct. 3 and is planning a grand opening in November.
The store is accepting gently used women’s clothing in sizes 0 to 26, along with shoes, handbags and accessories. Items are evaluated in store, and customers receive cash for pieces the store accepts…
