WASHINGTON – Police have arrested a man in connection to the shooting of 25-year-old Kwame Keith, who was later found dead in a trash can. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the 1800 block of Fairlawn Avenue, Southeast shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Monday, October 30, 2023, for a report of human remains. Upon arrival, officers found Keith’s body inside a trash can.
