WASHINGTON – More than 100 other people gathered at Anacostia Park in Southeast D.C. Friday to honor Lou’Loni Jordan, and hope for justice. WUSA9 has learned that Lou’Loni Jordan is the twin sister of a Capitol Heights police officer. The police department, along with other agencies, was in attendance at the Friday evening vigil.
