CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – After another gorgeous fall-like day, a cold front approaching will bring a few weekend changes. Late Saturday morning in to the afternoon there will be a risk for brief passing showers across central Virginia. Rainfall amounts will be light, with only a few hundredths of an inch expected. The day is otherwise dry with partly cloudy skies. We’ll also see significantly cooler temperatures on Sunday with daytime highs in the low to mid 70 ‘s. The rest of the week remains dry with a slight warming trend, bringing us back to seasonably cool temperatures in the low and mid 80′s. Check back for updates.
