WASHINGTON (7News) – A shooting claimed the life of a man in Northeast, D.C. Friday evening, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Officials said they responded to the 4500 block of Quarles Street for the report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they said they found evidence of a shooting but no victim.
