A man who orchestrated a deadly 2022 shooting in Woodbridge as a gang initiation for two teenage boys will spend 60 years in prison, prosecutors announced Friday. On Thursday, Prince William County Circuit Court Judge Angela Horan handed down a sentence of 70 years in prison with 10 suspended for 24-year-old Anthony Perkins two first-degree murder charges, and charges of conspiracy to commit murder and gang participation involving a juvenile.
