A Woodbridge man wanted for involuntary manslaughter in a fatal Aug. 28 crash in Nokesville has been arrested.
On Dec. 11, investigators obtained warrants for James Francis Byrd, 62, of the 1400 block of Maryland Avenue in Woodbridge, for DUI-related involuntary manslaughter, Prince William County police Master Officer Renee Carr said in a release. He was arrested on the charges Wednesday.
Officers responded to the two-vehicle crash on Bristow Road in the area of Windy Hill Drive at 6:24 p.m. that night.
