Missing Waldorf mother’s body is found after boyfriend’s uncle confesses to police

CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A Waldorf man has been indictment for the death of Lesbia Ramirez Guerra, a Charles County mother who has previously been reported as missing since March 31.

Keycy Barrera-Rosa, 24, was charged with First-Degree Murder, Second-Degree Murder, and Making a False Report after the body of his girlfriend, Ramirez Guerra, was discovered in a plastic bin buried in a wooded area near Cedarville State Park.
