Prince George’s County police have charged a 38-year-old man in connection with the gruesome killing of a woman whose body was found wrapped in plastic and partially encased in concrete in what authorities are calling a domestic-related homicide.
Michael McClanahan, of Suitland, Maryland, is facing murder and evidence tampering charges in the death of 44-year-old Sherron Turner — described by police as his girlfriend.
Officers discovered Turner’s body last Thursday, April 24, during a welfare check at an apartment in the 2300 block of Ewing Avenue in Suitland.
