WASHINGTON — After a 16-year-old boy was shot and killed in Southeast, the Metropolitan Police Department said they were still looking for the person or people responsible on Wednesday.
Dominique Dingle, a teen from Southeast D.C., was pronounced dead by EMS at around 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, after MPD arrived at the scene of the shooting on the 1000 block of 3rd Place Southeast. A spokesperson for MPD said Dingle was “unconscious and not breathing” when officers arrived.
