FALLS CHURCH, Va. (DC News Now) — After sitting empty and deteriorating for years, much of the old Stratford Motor Lodge on West Broad Street is gone, with only part of the building standing, as the property’s owner transforms the site into a beer garden and restaurant.
Infinity Building said it expected Stratford Garden to open in Fall 2025.
Whole Foods Market opens location in Falls Church
Fencing around the property, which sits at the intersection of West Broad and Little Falls streets, shows what remains of the building incorporated into the beer garden’s design. Additoinally, several renditions of the business are featured on Infinity Building’s website. The images include a large bar area as well as other indoor seating for dining. Outdoors, there is a large amount of greenery, with sofas and other seats and tables that have umbrellas opened over them.
Stratford Garden will be able to seat roughly 300 guests. Two hundred of those are indoors. The remaining 100 are outdoors…
