WOODBRIDGE, Va. (7News) — A man has been arrested for an indecent exposure incident that occurred at a Nordstrom store inside Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, Virginia.
On May 4, police said the victim, a 25-year-old woman, was shopping when an unknown man began speaking to her from a nearby aisle.
