Police have charged a substitute teacher and a cafeteria worker with separate assaults on students at two eastern Prince William County elementary schools.
On May 21 at 1:42 p.m., officers responded to Triangle Elementary School at 3615 Lions Field Road to investigate an assault that happened the day before.
“The investigation revealed a cafeteria worker .. grabbed the neck of an 11-year-old male student while in the cafeteria of the school,” Prince William County police Master Officer Renee Carr said in a news release…
