WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A 24-year-old was arrested in D.C. on Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery from May.
On Friday, May 30, just before 5 p.m., the victim and suspect were involved in a two-vehicle collision in the 600 block of 12th Street, Northwest. After exiting the vehicles to exchange information, the two got into an argument.
The suspect then allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim, demanding his phone and then fleeing on foot, according to police.
