Ricardo Kevon Colbert-Lyles, 24, of Waldorf, was handed a 25-year prison term, after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the 2022 killing of 19-year-old Aden Christopher Garcia, according to Charles County State’s Attorney Tony Covington.
Garcia was ambushed on Oct. 23, 2022, during a planned drug deal that never happened.
Prosecutors said Colbert-Lyles, along with co-defendant Dalvin Devonte Risi and an unidentified shooter, picked up Garcia in a black Nissan Versa before the transaction fell through…
