WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — An arrest has been made in a 1999 cold case in D.C., nearly 26 years later.
On May 21, 1999, around 5:40 p.m., D.C. officers responded to the report of an unconscious person in the 400 block of F St., Northeast. However, when officers arrived at the scene, they found 24-year-old Susan Cvengros with stab wounds.
After lifesaving measures failed, she was pronounced dead.
