Teenage boys charged in three Bethesda armed robberies

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Two boys are facing charges following a series of armed robberies that happened last week at the Geste Beer & Wine store in Bethesda.

The first incident happened just before 5 p.m. on July 8. The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said investigators learned that the suspects entered the store, threatened an employee by implying they had a gun, stole money from the cash register and then fled.

The very next day, at around 9:45 p.m., the same suspects entered the same store and did the same.
