WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to locate 80-year-old Frances Woodard.
Woodard was last seen around 6:45 p.m. on Saturday in the 3100 block of Lyndale Place Southeast.
She is described as 5-foot-6 and around 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red coat, black pants and blue shoes…
