WASHINGTON (7News) — A man was injured after a shooting in Northeast, D.C., late Wednesday night that saw numerous homes and cars damaged, with suspects still sought, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Officials said the man was found shot and injured in the 1500 block of Benning Road, Northeast, and was taken to the hospital while unconscious but breathing.
Nearby, several vehicles were damaged by gunfire, and two houses were seen with damage to a wall and window.
