WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — All westbound lanes of Interstate 695 in D.C. were closed Saturday morning after a vehicle rolled over, leaving one man seriously injured.
Details remain limited; however, in a post on X just before 10:20 a.m., the DC Fire and EMS Department said the crash happened on I-695 westbound near Exit 2/ M Street SE.

The man, who was thrown from the vehicle, sustained critical injuries, according to responders. A U.S. Park Police helicopter flew him to a trauma center for treatment.
