CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) — A Kanawha County grand jury has indicted a Maryland man for first degree murder.
Joshua Robert Scales, 34, of Hyattsville, Maryland, was indicted by the grand jury on July 31 for first degree murder, wanton endangerment as well as use or presentment of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
