WASHINGTON (7News) — A 17-year-old has been arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of a teenager in Southeast D.C. earlier this year, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Leroy Dixon, 17, of Southeast, is charged as an adult under Title 16 with second-degree murder while armed in the shooting death of Dominique Dingle, 16, of Southeast.
