FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Detectives from the Fairfax County Criminal Investigations Division have charged an Alexandria man in connection with a series of burglaries in Hybla Valley.
According to police, Eliasar Flores Flores, 23, used a rock to break into La Taza Panaderia on the 7800 block of Richmond Highway on April 17. Police were called to the scene at 2:15 a.m., but by then, Flores had already stolen money and fled.
