Metro Transit Police officer uses photographic memory to help fight crime

HYATTSVILLE, Md. (7News) — A local police officer uses her photographic memory to help catch people wanted for crimes.

Metro Transit Police Officer Kache’ Fields is what is known as a super recognizer. She said she uses this skill to identify suspects and provide intel not only to her department’s investigative units, but to partner agencies as well.

“I’m really honing on recognizing and memorizing this person’s face immediately,” Fields said…
