VIRGINIA — A Fairfax County man and a pre-teen passenger were killed Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Dawn Boulevard in Caroline County.
Virginia State Police said the crash occurred at 3:48 p.m. on Aug. 18, about 700 feet east of Winston Loop.
According to investigators, a 2013 Chrysler van traveling east crossed the center line and struck a westbound 2015 Mack truck. The van then ran off the road, hit a tree, and came to rest in the woods…
