2 men arrested for drug trafficking in Waldorf: Sheriff’s Office

WALDORF, Md. (7News) — Two men were arrested in connection with drug trafficking activities outside businesses on Smallwood Drive, according to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office’s Neighborhood Enforcement Team.

Officers initiated the investigation after receiving numerous complaints about drug trafficking near a group of shops in the 300 block of Smallwood Drive.

On Aug. 13, officers witnessed a drug sale in a parking lot in the 300 block of Smallwood Drive. Police stopped the car afterwards, and Domanic Marks-Wiggins, 28, of Washington, D.C., got out of the car and fled on foot. A loaded 9mm handgun and cannabis were recovered from his vehicle…
