Man killed in Northeast DC alley hit-and-run as police hunt two drivers
WASHINGTON, DC – A man was found dead early Thursday morning after being struck by two vehicles in a Northeast DC alley, with both drivers fleeing the scene, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
