Goodwin Living Opens Seminary Road Sales Center in Alexandria

Goodwin Living, a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living and healthcare services organization in Alexandria, is celebrating the opening of the sales center for its newest community, Goodwin House Seminary Road.

A program and ribbon-cutting was held Wednesday afternoon at Goodwin House Seminary Road Sales Center, 1800 Beauregard St., Suite 101. Invited dignitaries included Rob Liebreich, president and CEO, Goodwin Living; Dr. Cyrillene “C.C.” Clark, chair, Goodwin Living Board of Trustees; Joseph Haggerty, president and CEO, The Chamber ALX and Stephanie Landrum, president and CEO, Alexandria Economic Development Partnership.

The $340 million, state-of-the-art senior living community will open in Alexandria’s West End in 2029, and will add more than 250 permanent jobs to the local economy.
