WASHINGTON (7News) — Law enforcement at Union Station carried out ‘targeted ticket checks’ on Wednesday after D.C. Police responded to a group of juveniles fighting a day prior, according to Amtrak and the Metropolitan Police Department.
Amtrak police said some entering the station through certain entrances on Wednesday afternoon would’ve spotted their officers checking tickets for roughly an hour.
