WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in the District announced Thursday that they arrested a man suspected of firing a gun at someone after a collision last month.
The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said officers responded to the sound of gunshots in the 1600 block of 23rd Street shortly after 8 a.m. on Aug 21. There, officers said they found evidence of a shooting, but could not find a victim.
