WASHINGTON — Police are investigating reports of a possible kidnapping in Northeast D.C. on Thursday evening.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), officers were called to the intersection of Oklahoma Ave. and 24th St, NE, around 7:45 p.m.
