WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — D.C. police arrested one of the two suspects in a Northeast robbery, and are seeking information on the outstanding suspect.
Around 3:45 p.m., on Wednesday, Sept. 4, the suspects approached a victim and demanded that the victim withdraw money from an ATM while in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue, Northeast.
