WASHINGTON (7News) — New developments in an I-Team investigation that has been ongoing for two years, involving claims that bogus beauty, nail and barber licenses were being sold out the back door of D.C.’s Department of Licensing and Consumer Practices (DLCP) for thousands of dollars.
