Prince George’s County police chase stolen car into DC, multiple cruisers struck

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Police officers in Prince George’s County tried to stop a stolen vehicle on Tuesday, resulting in a chase that didn’t end until it crossed into the District.

The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said that officers first tried to stop the vehicle in the 2600 block of Shady Side Ave. in Hillcrest Heights, Md.

The car did not stop and instead drove off, hitting a couple of cruisers in the process.
