Baltimore, MD (WBFF) — A fugitive wanted for murder in Washington DC could be hiding out in Baltimore, according to the US Marshals Service.
Solaiman Ahmed-Zakiyy Richardson, 39, of northeast DC, is wanted for second-degree murder.
